- I%1, oz, dry yeast, (1 pkg.) dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water
- I%1, cup, cottage cheese, warmed at room temperature

- I%1, T., margarine, (or may use butter)
- I%2, tsp., dill seed
- I%2, tsp., salt
- I%1/4, tsp., baking soda
- I%1, medium, egg, mixed with yeast and water
- I%2 1/4, cup, flour
- I%1, T., dry onion mix

- R%Combine: Cottage cheese, sugar, margarine (or butter),
- R% dill seed, salt, baking soda, yeast/egg/water mixture,
- R% flour, and dry onion mix.

- R%Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Let rise.

- R%Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Test with a
- R% toothpick.

- R%When done, brush top with margarine (or butter) and sprinkle
- R% with salt.
